Overview of temperature transmitter
SBWR, sbwz series thermocouple and thermal resistance temperature transmitter are field installed temperature transmitter units in DDZ series instruments, which are used together with industrial thermocouple and thermal resistance. They adopt two-wire transmission mode (two wires are used as common transmission lines for power input and signal output). The signals of industrial thermocouple and thermal resistance are converted into 4-20mA and 0-10mA output signals which are linear with input signal or temperature signal
The temperature transmitter can be directly installed in the junction box of thermocouple and thermal resistance to form an integrated structure. It can be widely used as a new generation of temperature measurement instrument in textile, metallurgy, petroleum industry, food industry, petroleum industry and so on.
Main features of temperature transmitter
It adopts silicone rubber or epoxy resin sealing structure, so it is shock resistant, moisture resistant and suitable for installation in harsh field environment.
It is installed in the junction box of thermocouple and thermal resistance on site. It can output 4-20mA and 0-10mA output signals directly. This not only saves the expensive compensation wire cost, but also improves the anti-interference ability in the process of signal long-distance transmission
The thermocouple transmitter has the function of automatic compensation of cold junction temperature;
High precision, low power consumption, wide temperature range, stable and reliable operation;
It can not only form an integrated field installation structure with thermocouple and thermal resistance, but also be used as a functional module in the detection equipment and instrument panel;
The intelligent temperature transmitter can communicate with the upper computer through Hart modem, or carry out remote information management, configuration, variable monitoring, calibration and maintenance functions for the model, graduation number and range of the transmitter with the handheld device and PC;
The intelligent temperature transmitter can adjust the display direction of the transmitter according to the actual needs of users, and display the medium temperature measured by the transmitter, the change of sensor value, output current and percentage ratio;
Working principle of temperature transmitter
The measured temperature is converted into electrical signal by thermocouple or thermal resistance sensor, and then the signal is sent to the input network of the transmitter, which includes zero adjustment and thermocouple compensation circuits. The zero adjusted signal is input to the operational amplifier for signal amplification. One of the amplified signals is calculated and processed by V / I converter and output with 4-20mA DC current; the other channel is processed by a / D converter and then displayed in the meter head. There are two kinds of linearization circuit of transmitter, both of which adopt feedback mode. For the thermal resistance sensor, the positive feedback method is used to correct, and the multi segment broken line approximation method is used to correct the thermocouple sensor. The integrated digital display temperature transmitter has two display modes. The temperature transmitter displayed on LCD is output in two-wire mode, while that in LED display is in three-wire mode.
Technical parameters of temperature transmitter
1. Input signal: thermocouple: K, e, J, B, s, t, n. Thermal resistance: PT100, cu50, cu100 (three wire system, four wire system). The input signal of intelligent temperature transmitter can be set arbitrarily by handheld device and PC;
2. Output signal: 4-20mA DC signal is output in the range of measuring range, which is linear with input signal of thermocouple or thermal resistance or linear with temperature. The output of intelligent temperature transmitter is 4-20mA DC signal superimposed at the same time in accordance with HART standard protocol communication; isolated temperature transmitter: the input and output are isolated, the isolation voltage is 500V, which increases the ability of anti common mode interference, and is more suitable for networking with computers;
3. Basic error: 0.5% FS, 0.2% FS, intelligent 0.2% FS;
4. Wiring mode: two wire system, three wire system and four wire system;
5. Display mode: four digit LCD displays the field temperature, and the intelligent four digit LCD can be used by PC or handheld
The device is set to display any of the field temperature, sensor value, output current and percentage ratio;
6. Working voltage: ordinary model 12v-35v, intelligent 12v-45v, rated working voltage is 24V
7. Allowable load resistance: 500 (24 VDC power supply); limit load resistance R (max) = 50 (vmin-12), for example, when the rated working voltage is 24 V, the load resistance can be selected in the range of 0-600 .

Wiring and adjustment:
The wiring principle of transmitter is shown in the figure. Terminal 4 is connected with the positive terminal of the 24 V power supply, and terminal 3 is the current output terminal of 4 ~ 20 mA, which returns to the negative terminal of the 24 V power supply after the load resistance R1.
Terminals 1 and 2 are connected with thermal resistance, or 2 are connected with positive thermocouple and 1 is connected with negative thermocouple. It is convenient for users to adjust the range and zero point.
Calibration method
Please pay attention to the explosion-proof mark and protection grade when it is used in explosive dangerous places;
The installation environment of Mechatronics temperature transmitter must be within - 20 - + 70 . When the ambient temperature is too high, sbwz / R signal converter and display module can be installed separately from thermal resistance or thermocouple. Our factory is equipped with a special explosion-proof box for separate installation of transmitter.
Before power on, please check the positive and negative polarity of the power supply carefully. Do not connect it incorrectly, or it may cause unknown consequences.
The SBW signal converter module is potted and solidified with epoxy resin to strengthen its shock resistance, and to prevent moisture, corrosion and moisture.
The temperature transmitter needs to be calibrated after six months.
a. Calibration method of thermal resistance temperature transmitter
Equipment requirements: one digital voltmeter;
Wiring according to system connection method;
According to the sensor and range indicated on the transmitter's name plate, input the corresponding resistance value to make the output 1V and 5V (zero potentiometer and full potentiometer can be adjusted respectively);
Input the resistance value according to the ten equal points of the measuring range, and check whether the temperature output conforms to the accuracy range;
The test shall be carried out according to the technical specifications of the manual, and shall meet the technical requirements.
b. Calibration method of thermocouple temperature transmitter
Equipment requirements: one digital voltmeter;
Wiring according to system connection method;
